When to Call

Signs your system needs us.

Red alarm light
Any red indicator on your control panel — call before it becomes a backup.
Sewage smell
Strong smell in the yard usually means empty chlorinator or dead air pump.
Slow drains
Household-wide slow drains indicate high solids or a pump problem.
Sprayers off
No spray during a cycle points to pump, wiring, or clogged heads.
Wet spots
Persistent wet ground over the field can mean root infiltration.
Common Problems

What usually breaks.

Air Pressure

Air pump failure or blocked diffuser — the treatment cycle stops.

Wire Connections

Corroded splices, chewed lines, tripped breakers — quick diagnostics.

High Solids

Overdue pumping causes solids to migrate downstream — expensive if ignored.

Buried Access

Buried lids or overgrown covers — we locate and restore access.

Root Infiltration

Nearby trees can compromise spray lines & field — remediation available.

Case Studies

Problems others couldn't solve.

A lot of what we do is second-opinion work — systems where another company gave up, or kept repeating the same fix. Deep experience with aerobic platforms means we spot the actual cause instead of just replacing parts.

"They have worked on an existing septic system that we had installed years ago and has fixed everything that others have screwed up. Explains everything in detail to help you understand what you're paying for."

— Robert D.

"I had been having my old company come back time and again with no success. He fixed my problem in 25 mins. He's officially got my business."

— Rolis Orta
Alarm Troubleshooting

Before you call — try these.

Not every alarm is a $500 problem. Sometimes it's an out-of-tablets situation. Walk through these three checks first.

01

Silence & check panel

Press silence. Note which indicator light is on. Take a photo — it helps us diagnose over the phone.

02

Check chlorine

Open the chlorinator tube. If empty, that's likely your issue — we'll bring tablets when we come out.

03

Call us

With the alarm status and chlorine level, we can often triage before dispatch and bring the right parts.
